"We create improvisational performances in the presence of an audience (in the format of the 'Art of Being' School), grounded in our own personal experience — feelings, thoughts, sensations, impulses, ideas, fantasies, and more.
This method grew out of dance movement therapy. We have no intention of putting on a show or provoking the audience — and there are no roles or given circumstances, as in classical theater or actor's improvisation.
What there is, is care for the process, and a deep curiosity about what it means to be visible, to be honest, and to create art out of that."

As far as that is possible.
That what lives inside finds creative expression on the outside…
Not form for form's sake, but form in which content truly lives.
I strive for a creativity that leads toward creation.
*Destruction is part of that process.
My art is a practice of expanding consciousness through love…
*a striving to grow consciousness — my own, my partner's, the audience's, the organizer's, that of all living beings, of the one shared consciousness.
I am free. And therefore — responsible.
Freedom is not given, it is chosen.
It is the maturity to be yourself
and to carry the consequences of your choices.
I co-create and I witness the moment.
I am the place where form and content
live in agreement, reflecting reality.
